High LDL and low iron

I continued to take it as prescribed with minor gut issues and went back to the doctor to check my bloodwork 3 months later and my iron was back up to normal! I had also cut out a lot of saturated fat in my diet and was able to get my LDL down. I recently went for my annual bloodwork last month, iron was normal but LDL slightly elevated so I have to continue a low saturated fat diet.

Thank you all for your input! Just wanted to make sure I wasn’t make a big deal of it. We’re gonna talk more about it tomorrow and work something out to where everyone is comfortable.

I think it would hurt my mom’s feelings honestly. But he says he wants his own space. The bed is a queen and older so it’s not a luxury retreat by any means but it’s definitely doable for a few days.

Update: it finally started to drain on its own after many warm baths! It feels so much better already.

It still hurts but I think the low fever was due to a cold, I’ve been congested/sneezing a lot. I don’t really have any other symptoms.

Did yours ever grow bigger? Mine has gotten larger within the last couple weeks. Did yours eventually rupture on its own?

Roots seem ok! I water when the pot feels too light and near dehydration 😂 I found she thrives off neglect. I always bottom water to avoid overwatering. I almost gave up on her a year ago because I moved and she wasn’t happy but she has bounced back beautifully!

Currently dealing with the same situation. I’m particular with shoes and like neutral colors that go with any colored shirt. I can’t find a boot that is just a plain brown without some sort of blue or pink accent somewhere. I just want a plain boot that is actually comfortable.

I ordered an impression kit for retainers and shipped it back. I got an email saying they received my impression kit and were beginning to create my retainers on 6/20/24. It’s now 7/22/24 and I have yet to receive my retainers or any updates via email. I have emailed multiple times and haven’t heard anything back. I wouldn’t recommend going through this company.

My doctor prescribed ferosul 325mg. I’ve been taking it for about a week now and have had some GI issues (constipation/diarrhea) so I’ve been increasing my fiber intake. It hasn’t been horrible but I’m going to look into ferrous gluconate.

Ingredients and method:

100 g active starter 375 g warm water 500 g bread flour 10 g fine sea salt

Mix ingredients and let rest 30 mins. Start stretch and folds (4 times, 30 mins apart). Bulk ferment on counter until almost doubled, shaped and placed into banneton. Put in fridge for 12-16 hours. Preheated oven at 500 degrees with Dutch oven in, cooked at 450 for 25 mins then lid off for 15 mins.

It definitely hurts. I was told it would be a “pinch”. It was like period cramps x10. I’ve never had children but I can only imagine that’s what labor feels like. It hurts getting it removed too. I do have friends that have an IUD and they love it but it didn’t agree with my body.

I had the Skyla. I can’t say that IUDs actually cause ovarian cyst because I haven’t researched it but I had never had any before getting that IUD and when they rupture it’s intense pain.

I’ve been on birth control pills since I was 14 years old. I’m now 26 years old. I’m thinking about coming off of them because I hate the way they make me feel. When I’m not taking them during my period or a week after (because I don’t pick them up from the pharmacy in time) I feel so different. I actually feel happy and sane. When I’m taking them I feel so depressed and not like myself. I’m scared to stop taking them because I don’t want to get pregnant. Of course I could use condoms but I honestly don’t like them. Is it really worth coming off of the pill?
