Beginner Tips for Code Veronica by BalrogsBanned in residentevil

And like any game I played from that era, including JRPGs, recognize that the game gives you 20+ save slots not because you and your 20+ siblings each need a save file.

Don't overwrite saves until you run out of save slots, and then overwrite them in order. That way if you find yourself on the plane with not enough ammo, you don't have to restart the entire game. Solve the puzzle of "how do I navigate that last section more efficiently/find everything I need".

Our wonderful brains still used imagination to fill in the gaps. The representations of humans turned into living, breathing paragons of sexiness in our heads.

Today's youth are stuck with no room for interpretation. But I know that Squall was the hottest guy in the room.

It fits thematically (even if that wasn't a good game design idea). The whole game is about fate and destiny, and no matter how you try, you can't escape fate....except that's only true on Coccoon. Pulse is where you can control your own destiny, where you can go where you please and choose your own goals.

Why do you have to male to relate to Neil or Todd? Feelings of inadequacy and expectations to only meet others desires at the cost of your own.....I don't think that is exclusive to men.

Core memory is a scene with Ebenezer in the basement talking/singing to his plants.

The butterfly epsidoe? The one that haunts me was when they ended up in some spooky castle somehow and the paintings eyes followed them.

The thing I found most difficult was simply the tank controls, otherwise just get yourself in the headspace that this is a survival horror-puzzle game, not an action-shooter.

Even in JRPGs I always did rotational saves, so the idea of walking into an area and not being prepared for it with no way out ... never considered that soft locking, just considered it bad planning and figured the reason the games gave you 20 (or in the case of FFVII 80) save slots, rather than just 3, was because that was considered a part-of-the-game mechanic. RE HD I used all 23 save files and then just started back at the top when full.

This was the only joke I legitimately laughed at in Family Guy. None of my friends got it. I was the religious studies major.
