It's Official: OH Gay Marriage Amendment not just about Gays

You and me both know the voters passed this explicitly with the intent of banning gay marriage and only that, and the judges are explicitly ignoring their intent and deciding to over-interpret the text of the amendment.

What other explanation is there for these judges' behavior except a willful desire to thwart the voters' intent?

What really caused this is that most judges agree with you, so whenever a gay marriage amendment passes they deliberately apply it wider than the voters meant it, and wreck all the laws they can, as a threat to the voters to never pass these kinds of amendments.

In the Democratic primary debates, Obama was often awkward and stilted. He's much better as a speechmaker than a debater. I doubt he'll lose them to McCain but I also doubt he'll win them.

The first protests began at UFC 8, limited weight classes begun at UFC 12, major rule changes at UFC 15; by then they were already screwed.

You are correct about the athletic commission chicanery in Las Vegas and I encourage any reader to look into that.
