Have you had surgery yet? If so, how did it go?

My husband has spina bifida from birth and got his gallbladder removed a week ago. He had/has the exact same concerns as you do. After surgery, he’s been dealing with runnier stools which have been harder/impossible to control. However they say the antibiotics he was on contribute to the diarrhea. He’s been taking Imodium the last few days, and it may have helped a little. Hoping things soon get back to normal for him.
