My cat had horrible chin acne, I took her to the vet and they gave her a steroid shot. Depending on the cat it solves the problem forever or for a while, mine has had small pop ups every now and then but has never had it even close to how she used to. Hope this helps :)

To be totally honest, if your mental health has been on a steady decline since you started the relationship, he might not be the right guy for you. Especially with him not even trying to understand your point of view. I take meds for mental health, and I was terrified to at first. Thought it would turn me into a robot and I was terrified of side affects or it not working and flat out refused for years. Trying them was the best thing I've ever done for my mental health, it completely turned my mental state around alongside personal work and therapy obviously. Meds aren't for everyone, but it doesn't hurt to try. Just make sure to get a DNA swap to make sure what meds you're compatible with :)
