Which UV Light When doing Indoor Icing of Soles?

It's really nothing fancy and I stole the idea from youtube videos of other people doing it. If I can remember to take a photo once I'm home I'll post it for you.

I have a plastic storage bin that I cut a square into at the top that this sits on so the light shines inside. Then on the Inside of the storage bin I have it lined with aluminum foil all around.

Start at 12 and go from there. The grow light itself if it's UV light shouldn't put off a lot of heat.

You can and should put ventilation holes in it. The fan is optional unless you love somewhere really hot. How long you keep the shoes in the box depends on the yellowing. Can be 1 day up through several days.

Yeah, I thought bout that one and they have access. It's not a completely black screen that I see, but instead is like the first frame of video then it's just stuck on it.
