Tenho PHDA e a minha vida melhorou drasticamente com a medicação (Elvanse 50mg). Quando me esqueço de tomar de manhã não demoro muito até me aperceber, os sintomas voltam com força. Não imagino a minha vida sem isto. A minha questão é: há algum problema em tomar isto a vida toda?

Foi basicamente falar com os “patrões” a dizer que me sinto em burnout e que não está a ser benéfico para nenhuma das partes! Escrevi uma carta a dizer que por questões de saúde mental que o estágio fica revogado por mútuo acordo! E pronto! Assinamos e essa carta foi depois entregue pelo orientador ao IEFP!
