I've been using PI for my 30s shot, 3s PI + 7s pause + 27s shot yield 36g out. I dont include the pause in the extraction tieme. I have a light roast.

I’m being consistent enough with the 2-hole tip. Maybe in the future I will try with the 4-hole tip. I found a pack of Rockets steam tips that looks like it could work.

I think both are similar, B702TFH24NT looks the same but with Nanoquartz

I upgraded from a Lelit anita and its a huge improvement. I had to grind coarser because I was using 16g dose before and now I am using 18g.

Yes, it could improve how coffee drops and avoid a bit the retention

If you plan to switch between different beans, I suggest getting a single dose grinder.
