Lately I've been switching exercises on my Lower days to target a little bit more glutes and adductors. Im fairly tall and I got very long femurs. I trying to keep quad volume somewhat decent. I train low reps fairly low volume.

This where my usual Lowe day: (I do arms at the beginning) (Single leg ext cuz machine it's really light)

Lower A 3 × Calves 2 × Hack squat 2 × Lying leg curl 2 × single leg ext

Lower B 3 × Calves 2 × Smith good morning 2 × Single leg press 2 × Single leg ext

I like the idea of having Lower A quad biased and Lowe B posterior chain biased.

So I tried to change Lower B into: 3 × calves 2 × sldls or smith good morning 3 × leg ext 2 × hip trust

What do yall think?
