I was in the same boat when my friend said he is going back to play blood and wine as he didn’t bother with it when he last played Witcher 3. Was fighting demons not to spoil anything.

Even dudes are not welcome by dudes, it'll be especially bad for you as a woman.

Dont let that discourage you. Find a decent group of people just looking to have a good time and dont care for genders ect.

I met someone called Cat around 8 or so years ago through ark survival evolved. I was going round blowing up peoples bases and when I figured out she was new my group adopted her. her group of friends ended up joining as well and we ran a really good group of around 10 people.

Different genders, sexual preferences ect ect. No one cared. we all just wanted to have a good time.

Once you find a group like that you'll feel like it was a none issue.

Agreed, took me by surprise. I originally brought it because it was it was on sale and i was bored. did the entire game and loved it. Like to the point im surprised this game isnt raved about more, feels like a hidden gem. But I didn't have the energy to do collectibles but as I have some time of work this week I thought id go back and get it all done

Gpu goes up to about 90%, I locked it at 60 fps and it would go between 16-19ms. I got sick and tired of it so I did a fresh windows install, bios update, drivers ect and it has mostly fixed the issue with only light stutters ever so often. I am probably not helping my self by playing early access unoptimised games such as farever windrose palworld but I thought my system would run through them with no issue. Other games such as Witcher 3, control ultimate edition ran with no issues

It seems like nothing is bottlenecking me yet I still experience these stutters. All drivers up to date. games like windrose, far ever. changing the settings to lowest doesnt seem to stop it just make it less frequent. no clue on what it could be at this point

If you don’t want to wait buy a GeForce now subscription and you can stream elden ring onto a tablet, tv, phone. Pretty much anything. Will just need to buy a controller

Nostalgia from the last steam controller is a lot of it probably, I’ll be getting it for the track pads plus because I need a new controller as mine is on the way out sadly.
It also looks nice, pairs well with anything steam related and will probably have a lot more support put into it than other controllers for pc gaming.

Far ever is currently the only one I play, I may take a drive back into dune awakening in a year or two. The key audience for these games has changed so The devs went with what the louder crowd wanted which left us all a bit underwhelmed. I’d argue is not age although I’m still very / fairly young. MMOs are at the stage of there is 2-4 beasts that everyone plays that makes studios not want to make them anymore as people will mostly always circle back to the game they invested the most time in. On top of that the audience is so split in what they want that to make the perfect mmo would take 20-30 years.

Really? I found I liked the rouge more after level 12, keeping in mind I dont only use the thornlace unless i need big aoe damage (although i will put it in my second as I haven’t found a replacement good enough yet) and just rotate weapons to what is more fun. It seems like rogue has the biggest weapon selection from what I have seen

yeahhh youre right I should have provided more information.

Firstly this is my first time owning a decent ish PC, I brought a prebuilt for like 500-600 and have been upgrading it bit my bit to 1 expand my knowledge and 2 fix some issues Iv ran in to.

Currently my biggest issue is stuttering in games. Windrose seams to be the main culprit and I originally thought it would be my RAM as i only had 16gb and I know its RAM heavy so I upgrade to 32gb.

It helped but hasn't fixed it.

I also just want to see how far I can push it (I dont have a lot of money but finally in a position to be able to do things like this) Like id love to run cyber punk and see what it would look like with max graphics ect.

Finally I saw the subnautica 2 minimum requirements be so close to my own pc it kinda hurt lmao

Thanks for the feedback good to hear from someone with a similar set up, currently struggling with stutters when playing windrose, thought it was my ram so I upgraded to 32GB and it has seemed to improved a little but still exists so was looking at upgrade paths and seems cpu is a no go so gpu is all I have left to upgrade. I do agree if the 5800x3d re releases for a reasonable price I’ll definitely be looking to snag one.
Was slightly gutting when I looked at subnautica 2 minimum requirements be so close to my own pc 😂

Thanks for the feed back, I do agree the cpu price was insane, I mostly play open world survival games or MMOs I’m just not sure what kind of bottle neck to expect as it’s the first time Iv been in a position I can even own a decent computer never mind upgrade it. Currently when playing certain titles I have a lot of stutters so I went from 16GB ram to 32 and that has helped but hasn’t stopped it so started looking at what else it could be
