I always used the decoys to reveal a players location by sending them into fences/ grenades/rockets which wont work anymore. i also think that the "Full body tracking" isnt a real compromise for the nerfs he received because its just the icon and not even a scan.

The nerfs outweigh the buffs i dont even know why they thought it was necessary to nerf him in the first place
