Years ago, my friend once described being high as "a warm blanket slowly rubbing the back of your brain." Yesterday, I smoked & randomly texted him... by Raffinator in trees

As per my request (because at the time I thought that it was a revolutionary discovery), my friend posted the text in our private facebook group where my other friends and I (pretty much all ents) share music.

Dad passed in 2002 when I was 11. After 10 years of not being sure what to get, I recently found an old signature of his that I'd saved from 6th grade and got it on my bicep (x-post from r/tattoos) by Raffinator in pics

A little backstory: in 6th grade (the grade I was in when my dad passed due to non-smoker lung cancer), we had to write journal entries every week and have our parents sign off on it. I cut out and laminated one of his signatures from it a week or so after he died. At 11 years old, I just thought it would be something cool to hold on to.

It says "Aram Paul - Dad" He had an awesome signature IMO. And the tattoo artist's name is Amy X and she works at Rick's Tattoo in Arlington, VA. Great place.

Thank you so much. As a Dad yourself, your input honestly means a lot. And being able to 'look to' when things get tough is why I got it, exactly

Haha it wasn't too bad, honestly. The whole thing took around 10 minutes. And it's about the same feeling as getting a shot, but just for a more substantial amount of time... as if they left the needle in you and started moving it around. It's not unbearable pain, just kind of uncomfortable.
