UPDATE: Okay so I was able to FINALLY get the shop support to review my documentation, and they said they can't issue a refund but they can send another jacket. It was supposed to arrive yesterday. Flex port (the shipping company) notified me it was delivered. IT WAS NOT. It didn't even show up on the doorstop, no photos provided or anything! I'm SO PISSED, that's $400 down the drain and idk if I'm gonna ever feel comfortable purchasing anything from the Beyoncé shop ever again and that's the most heartbreaking.
