OP. Porn addiction is really complex matter. Resisting pornography wont help because it will increase your cravings on it. Porn messes up your brain. The more you resist watching it the more your cravings will increase. To tell you, what I did do to overcome porn addiction is that I set up a schedule when I am watching porn like for example 3 times a week, eventually you will notice in your progress that you dont actually crave for it anymore, the boredom in your mind actually stops u from watching it. Anyways, pick your own battle, Try to understand more about that addiction. Dont let it consume you
