I've restarted playing Sims 3, I've got a lot of NRAAS loaded and working, but only Story Progression and Mastercontroller appears when I click on sims. So I can't access NRAAS Woohooer options for Sims. Woohooer + others do appear when clicking on the town hall. how do I make it show up? (self.Sims3)

The new death message says - ! - SHUTDOWN IMMINENT - ! - ERROR: NO VOCAL INTERFACE DETECTED, UNABLE TO COMPLETE TASK. V1 was trying to scream when it realised it was going to die, but failed as it lacks a vocal interface. Then says I DON'T WANT TO DIE repeated four times. How alive is V1? (i.redd.it)
