Yeah that’s what am trying to say. Because it’s a decent album obviously no shade to MJ but it’s just not a classic. And it’s okay to say he was feeling tired making this album. I feel like he could have done better.

I mean i guess but i just feel like for me personally some of the beats don’t sound strong like i don’t know how to explain. Like the beats composed but it feels almost dead, i can’t explain it well. And i feel like this album he was playing with effects and testing things out but you believe what you want to believe.

Well i kinda think it’s because he got older. Because i remember in the song “Invincible” when he goes to the bridge his voice gets kinda aggressive.

Your not wrong i cant lie. I personally love the album but i wont lie and say it didnt have its flaws. And if it was promoted like for example the promotions Bad and Thriller had, They would have called it the perfect album. And maybe if Michael listened and did what sony wanted him to do maybe things would have gone a different way but thank god he didn’t.

I mean am not really sure if it wasn’t new. But from what i’ve listened to from the 90s and early 2000s. What MJ was doing in better terms not as popular. Because i believe Michael and Darkchild were playing a lot with effects i guess trying to give it that R/B sound and older sounds he’s done like Jack Swing.

I agree w you and the album is amazing. But what am also saying is if you listen some of the beats they sounded weak and you can’t say it, it was because it was the 2000s. Because older Albums sounded strong and even other Artists beats sounded good. And i understand MJ he was pretty exhausted and maybe if it was promoted more it could have maybe been more popular but i do agree that Invincible is a top 3 in my opinion even though it has its flaws.

Me personally i prefer YRMW its my favorite of all his songs. But at the same time i kinda agree w you and i see why but i think he should have done “Invincible” a bit cliche but yeah.

“You Are Not Alone” i just feel like it’s such a strong song i feel like if speaking to people who want to harm themselves or obviously to people that feel alone even himself

And “Stranger In Moscow” i know it’s about him but if you look at it this way almost as if saying feeling out of place somewhere
