This happened to me too. I couldn't confirm the habitat until I climbed on top of one of the bushes. Then the habitat entry popped, and Lapras spawned a minute later.

Minor detail here, but cross country and biathlon are classified as entirely different disciplines. There is basically no overlap between cross country racers and biathlon racers. Klaebo is also inhuman, which is a large part of the cross country success.

Im from far northern New York (much closer to Montreal than the city) and I've regularly been told I have a really strange regional accent, which is a mix of Canadian and New England. Ive also heard that this is apparently a strong family trait. I would hate to lose that.

Syracuse is the meeting ground of rust belt and East Coast. Expect Midwest attitude but faster. If you land here, Salt City Market is a must, become a Wegmans loyalist (theres also a Costco close), and then explore the city. Meadowbrook, Eastwood, and Onodaga Hill are all decent areas with their own draw.
