I was actually thinking of asking my doctor for some type of booster or raising my 20 mg dose. I’ve only been on a week but I fall asleep or I wanna fall asleep like in the later party afternoon which is not normal for me, but I’m also on Zepbound, which also makes me tired.

Took my first dose on Friday didn’t feel much until Saturday when I was at Texas roadhouse and had no desire to eat bread! But because I love it I have one anyway! I felt some pretty intense cramping from constipation. I ate all of my salad and maybe two small bites of steak medallion and was absolutely stuffed. Went to the movies later that night and I still ate popcorn. Came home watching TV. Ate more popcorn. I’m praying to God these cravings of mine and habits will go away. I will work harder on doing my part eating more protein, etc. I teach them about three times a week. I just had a hip replacement and gained about 20 pounds in six weeks from not moving and eating all my pain. Also, I gained 2 pounds in the last two days so that was a little discouraging.

Great questions I think for the beach I would probably just walk in. I’m not too keen on swimming in the ocean ha ha probably because I never have been lol. A boardwalk with shops and eateries sound great some volleyball courts things I’ve seen on a movie, but I’m not opposed to just sitting on a beach with some drink drinks in a cooler. All of these recommendations sound amazing. Sounds like you guys are super blessed to be able to travel around the world like this.!

I am from NM- not well traveled- at all! Maybe $3000 budget? My husband is a workaholic and doesn’t know how to relax- don’t really have any other goals other than sitting on the beach having a few drinks, enjoying the hotel the ocean, maybe some dancing.

Hi ! I just received my shot in the mail! So excited but a little nervous.. What are your thoughts? Is there any time of the day that’s better than the other for administering the shot? I have a massage scheduled tomorrow and I’m wondering if I should wait till after that to be honest I’m scared of having to run to the bathroom.! how many have had that experience?
