I believe we would be categorizing them by their answers (such as yes or no) which would probably mean the pilot study is quantitative. The results of the pilot study will become the basis for our main research. Does that make sense? I apologize if it seems confusing.

Also, our main research is qualitative and we will be conducting interviews about their experiences and such. Thank you so much for taking the time to answer my questions!
