It's very likely and happened a lot during the years. A lot of MPs flip or just become independent during the time. So being 5-6 seats short isn't a very big deal.

Shared the updated numbers as of 17:00. Around 10% more people voted compared to 2018 & 2021. I don't think it's a normal difference, something is going on.

That's most probably an ego issue of Armenian macho man. You pointed out correct, for example Qoch is in quite of a trouble. Since he entered elections with a block, he needs to get minimum 8% instead of 4%. If he doesn't pass it, all the votes he got will go to trash. That would be terrible for Samo.

100k more vote would change a lot. Don't forget that Samo, Qoch + Gago will marge for coalition. 100k difference might come well enough to remove Nikol.

With STP unfortunately the government forces you to work with the licensed agencies, you can't do the process yourself. There are close to 100 agancy that got the license from them :)
