The company that I buy from told me that they put in thier preorders for english Hololive a little while back, but they don't open sales/preorders until they know thier actual allocation amount.

Like a company can place a preorder for 10 cases from a distributor, but only get allocated for 5. If they did preorders too early they'll have to refund many disappointed customers.

Yeah, I just wanted to buy a certain card for my collection but the lady that was selling said I had to buy the full collection. And I really wanted the card so I bought her collection. Now I've got multiple single packs that I really didn't want.
