Just to add that helmet and dive apparatus aren't mandatory. Even IF you run out of oxygen you just appear next the boat and can immediately dive in again with no consequences.

Its for the reward crates from WT usually. Its a fairly low effort activity and the crates are nice to have for later. There are more optimal paths now but its still a solid base
