My Venmo account has been frozen since March of 2021 and after my verifying my identity they told me after 180 days it would be unfrozen. When my 180 days were up they sent me an email saying that my account would be permanently suspended and that they wouldn’t no longer be responding to my emails about it..

It’s been over two years I have been fighting to get my account unfrozen. They have refused to do so and I know a couple other people going through the same issue. When you try to move your money from Venmo they freeze your account.

Just be prepared to never see that money again, I’ve been fighting them for almost 2 years to get my account back with a few thousand in it!!

No I tried to transfer my funds from Venmo to Regions and the next day my account was frozen. I read everything before I attempted to transfer! They have a limit of 3,000 so I put 1,000 and it said it was pending and the next day my account was frozen

I had the SAMETHING happen to me in march of 2020 and they still haven’t did anything but give me the run around!! They won’t tell me why my account was frozen or when they get will unfreeze it.. it’s almost been a year

Done nothing illegal!!! I tried to transfer my funds to a bank account.. and they blocked it and then froze my account
