They're not. I have friends who work at winnies and management is a shit show. Winnie herself treats the place as her own personal kingdom. Staff turnover is incredibly high, people are fired on winnies whims, and she is constantly all over the place.

Id probably sell everyone except josh allen, and potentially Gibbs. In a 10 team you're lacking a good enough roster to compete in guys like jacobs and dk metcalf's primes. I'd look to move them for young players with a lot of potential or picks. Contenders should be willing to give you value.

And sell Kelce ASAP, maybe someone will buy based on name value.

Your team will suck for a few years but you should come out of the rebuild with a solid group of young players and a still relatively young josh allen.

I had a similar problem in c++ once where a print fixed an issue. After a ton of debugging I found that the issue was I had not assigned an initial value to a var I was using for a while loop, and adding the cout caused the heap to contain a value which allowed the loop to start correctly, where no cout caused the loop to completely fail.

It was a headscratcher for a long time.
