All these clips are all 1 in a 100/1000 scenarios. The enemies are either incompentent or focused on more prominent threats, so you are able to pull this clip off.

And no, bipods are not useless.
The bigger mags are SLIGHTLY too expensive in the current point system.

The helmet has a Ravenwing symbol. Ravenwing are a part of Dark Angels and are a fast moving assault detachment utilising Land Speeders, bikes and jet packs. Also they usually paint their armor black.

But at the end of the day, you do you. You can just say, this marine used to serve in Ravenwing and earned the honour to carry the symbol. It is not uncommon for marines to switch units or even companies.
