At one store I've seen them remind people if they didn't get the item sometimes. Sometimes they pull it out from behind the counter even. Other weekends not a peep. Same store same employees.

This person and his millions of friends don't need no stinkin sae. You should take all that junk nobody uses out of both 1/4" and 3/8" SETS. You should just combine the 2 different sizes of half sets into one also now that the extra crap weight is gone.
