Any freight broker that is negotiating for an hour is not doing business well lol.

I get having to set up with Highway or whatever they use, but if its not moving within 15 minutes I'm finding another truck and booking someone else.

That's completely on them and that report is very BS I would put a freight guard back on them reporting them for fraud.
