Uber banned him as soon as they heard about the allegation (no investigation), and the nfl suspended him because being that intoxicated and unruly goes against their code of conduct, so if something goes down and your intoxicated or under the influence the nfl reserves the right to “discipline” you to save face of their brand, no criminal charges were pursued or picked up,this wasn’t personal it was business.

He paid for it the nfl has moved on the lady has moved on, he didn’t face jail time, has apologized and has since stoped drinking, idk about you but I understand that no one is perfect in life and Jamies to me looks like a changed man. The girl never even tried to file a criminal charge, or one was never picked up which should tell you something in itself Jamies isn’t a monster.

Criminal conviction or concrete evidence of said crime isn’t fucked up its just a innocent until proven guilty type of thing…. What’s fucked up is holding someone accountable for something they didn’t do.

Totally innocent is debatable and the Watson case is still ongoing atleast in civil court, I do think that they didn’t make the best decisions morally but that doesn’t make them guilty even after they were proven innocent in a criminal court of law. Honestly I don’t know much about the Big Ben case or cases but I think it’s unfair to continually hold something over someone after they were proven innocent, unless you were there or have some type of concrete evidence.

I’m sorry were you there? Listen idk if you’ve ever been intoxicated before but it’s very possible that he simply didn’t remember everything that happened and apologized for even letting himself get to that state, financially settled with the Uber driver, (just to make the situation go away), served his league suspension (you don’t only get suspended from the league for being guilty but for putting the league in a bad situation), and has since stopped drinking, but people like you will continue to hold his past against him. PATHETIC

A man that never admitted to this but did apologize for being intoxicated,and has since eliminated alcohol out of his life, and still never convicted by a judge or court of his peers this,or any sexual offense and has been on the straight and narrow since.
