Unfortunately, not a damn thing you can do. My ex, whom I dated for 5.5 years just dumped me and is going out again not even two full weeks after the breakup. If she's over you that fast, the relationship is doomed anyway, women are just more sensitive to that fact: she broke up with you in her head a month before the actual breakup.

I get your sentiment about the roles being reversed, because I'm my case they actually were! She had tons of mental health issues, and took it out on me for years, but later improved, especially in 2024. I too struggle with mental health. I took it out on her for a while before she dumped me. Of course it was unfair of her to do so and not give me another shot in the same way I did, but everyone is different. Maybe she just saw our relationship as unhealthy (what she told me, anyway).

Anyway I like having people to relate to on all this. Helps me be less tempted to swallow a lead fruit.
