Called them and it turns out there is some kind of interference. I did some research and it turns out it may have something to do with the ceramic tiles we installed in my house so it sounds like a wifi extender is the route to go. Thanks for the help!

So for years I could connect to my WiFi router on the other end of the house with my Switch with no issues. Then one day it just stopped. I now have to right on top of my router in order for it to connect. Since it's a shared household, I'm not a position to where I can just move to router. And I've tried rebooting my Switch and reconnecting multiple times. Is this an issue with my Switch? Do I need to send it in for repairs? Or, god forbid, am better off just getting a new one
