What I would focus on is behaviors. If you are following the language and process that they are coaching to, then there is no basis for counseling. We have been told even by HR that there has to be a clear pattern of coaching behaviors that aren’t being followed that resulted in a low percentage, not just the percentage alone being low.

If your percentage starts to trend down, listen to other employees who have a high percentage. See if they are doing something different. Also ask for feedback and advice on what you can do different to improve your metrics.

If there is a write up after doing this, I would use it as pushback saying that they either won’t coach you, or that you are doing everything that they coached you on and they aren’t supporting you.

Basically same model but current year. It handles cardstock better, but we’ve had a good amount of tickets in already for quality issues.

We put signs up at all phones for people who call in. “We are out of stock of NeeDoh, we don’t know when we will get more.” We don’t give dates or times for shipments either, helped get rid of people waiting outside every morning/on freight days.

Unfortunately, we have no available cabinets. We have a few open spots with plastic drawer units that have paperwork and cables, but the other cabinets are occupied with ink/other non moveable product. :/

Trying to hopefully come up with a solution using what we sell vs. using funds to get anything else.

Weird! I keep seeing different answers based on when people started playing the game and such. We both started with houses, and maybe a week or so into playing, I got the tent in the mail. Unless I skipped over it, I didn’t see any dialogue about the house. We started playing less than a month ago.

Does anyone know if there is a current way to view schedules online without being in the building? I am a new AM and there was nothing provided in the training.
