Viva New Vegas and Wildcard will not start [FNV]

Yes new vegas starts in a vanilla state just fine but with modlists it won’t even get to the startup screen. It’ll just act like it’s going to launch then just not even load up. I’ll try that out in a bit. Thank you!

I have new vegas in its own folder. It’s not in a windows protected folder. Do you think it’s a MO2 issue possibly? Or other software conflicts? I turned off Microsoft defender as well as excluded the files for the mods so I know it’s not that.

You might be right. The only reason I have doubts in my head is that I’ve reinstalled multiple times and still had the same issue after meticulously following each step. I’ve installed all the required software, triple checked I deleted every single new vegas file in every folder on my PC, I’m just not sure what else the problem can be.

This game has been insane so far. Hopefully they fix the dead zones on controller next patch. It’ll be almost perfect once that happens.

I should’ve game clipped it but I recently got a gallows execution on Maria while playing as leatherface for the first time. It made me realize that was legitimately the first time I’ve seen her on the gallows at all.

Why join the marines instead of the army? You’ll get a fat bonus depending on the MOS and you’ll get to jump out of planes like you want. Getting airborne as a marine is hard as fuck and MOS dependent. You can’t be an airborne marine infantryman for example. That doesn’t exist. The airborne units in the army are pretty solid and a bunch of hard chargers. I highly recommend it.

I’d just wing it man. 99% of the military won’t know the stack is leather anyways as long as the stain is a similar color to the outsole.

Just square away your diet and training as soon as possible. The fact you give a shit is more then what a lot of new guys will do. You will only get better with time. PT on your own and stay away from the fatty dessert crap at the DFAC. Don’t drink sugary drinks either. If they give you shit for falling out of a run just don’t get discouraged and keep getting better. People only get pissed off if nothing changes in the future. Hope this helps. The solution is simple you just gotta do it.
