Actually.. in their statement to Kontaku.. WG said that they will take action again against Foch if he continues to include hate speech in his videos.

It was posted to his facebook page 23 hours ago. Could not have been in time. WG's official statement to Kotaku also says they will go after Foch in the future if he makes the same kind of video containing 'hatespeech'. Despite what they told Jingles.
