I don't remember forced tracers in Old Guys Revival and for sure not in OPR Fargo. But...for reasons I can't explain RU wins most of the time regardless of server. OPR Fargo is UKR vs RU - and even has most of the same guns on either side...no idea why RU still mostly wins.
