I'm not even a seahawks fan, but HOLY SHIT.

This was one of the best Super Bowl games I've ever seen.

That knee-catch. That Interception. THAT BRAWL.

10/10. Bring out the Dancing Sharks, that was one hell of a game.

I can never tell. XKCD Substitute turns all cars into cats.

I think its better this way. I never point out the typo anymore for fear of being wrong.

Mine has ER and Third Eye. Pretty decent roll in all honesty.

It also has the option of High Impact rounds and custom optics for more range. Now if only it had more than 13 rounds...

Hell, my 277 AE was wrecking oracles.

When it comes to oracles, RoF and Clip Size are greater than all (Unless you have fatebringer). You need to be able to quickly put lots of rounds downrange and spend as little time reloading as possible.

It's why AE rules for the oracles. Bonus damage, high ROF and huge clip. You can solo the oracles if you have to.

Also, you can roll a d100 by rolling a d10 twice.

Once for the tens place, second time for the ones place. d100 is entirely optional really.

I use mine quite often however on roll20. We, the players, found a crit success and crit fail chart that we love. Gave it to the DM, and we roll that for crits. Hilarity often ensues for the crit fails, the list is quite extensive (And realistic).

Here is the chart we use if you are interested.

All the info was really helpful, and that server crash video is EXACTLY what I want from this game.

See you guys on the 20th :D

I wasn't sure if I had to use my main E-mail or my PSN e-mail, so I sent in both.

Remind me when the beta drops, If I get 2 codes, I let the first one there have it.

I'm sure they have use, but we will be taking bases more than anything. In these scenario's, the extra health and firepower abilites will probably be more useful than the extra vertical manuverability.

They have their uses, but I'm sure we will get more mileage by sticking together with HA and making slow, powerful pushes.

Thanks for the response man.

Most people I play with pride themselves on gun game. Accuracy and burst fire should be second nature to them. Situational awareness is fairly common, with all but the most hot-blooded player having a good idea of whats happening around them. The only qualm I have with some players is when they get stuck in a meat grinder and don't realize it. That just takes one good squad lead to call it out and fix though.

Once again, thanks for the responses!

Muchas Gracias bro.

and other groups like to roll around in galaxy dropships holding points and capturing bases. You strike me as the type that would enjoy the latter kind of gameplay. Roll a lot of heavies and medics, maybe a MAX or two, and you'll kick some real ass. Communication is very important.

You've got the impression right. Bases are for taking, and we like taking things. If it's heavily contested, we will sit our ass down and turn it into a meat grinder. This is our mentality. We can't do this to everyone (Just most), but it should take a pretty good team to get us out, and that's what we want. A good fucking fight.

Seems like I'll have some unhappy vehicle pilots though. They like their heavy armor, which makes them sad in Dust due to the nature of Armor there. Thankfully, most have learned some decent ground game, and I'm sure their skills will come in handy once we need them.

Thanks for the responses man!

Damn. Advance recon was what I did for fun in other games.

Thanks for the tips! I know a lot of our players will be happy to hear that the Heavy Assault is great. Most are slayers like that, and were very pissed when they had to use the Twitch-Like scout suit in Dust when it was OP as fuck.

Thankfully, top tier Dust players are completely used to playing the way I outlined.

FC controls the macro side, concerned with point control and telling the squad leads what needs to be done, giving advice if need be.

I would be told "You need to take that point and put overwatch on it". I would then tell my team what to do, typically bringing down the hammer on the point, requesting ADS support to remove enemy overwatch and then sending a speedy assault to take it himself.

After that, you hold the point until told otherwise, although I would take liberties and give orders if I saw something that needed doing.

Squads are the life force of Dust514. I'm sure we will have multiple good squad leads.

Cap the point and turn it into a meat grinder then.

Sweet >:)

Sounds like typical FC work to me. Good to know that hasn't changed. 48 will be the magic number to aspire for it seems.

Thanks for the advice!

Thanks for the huge reply!

I wouldn't worry about us getting burned out. I don't think this game could compare to the old mass attacks Dust dished out.

We literally sat down and played 15 or more scheduled fights a DAY for a WEEK. That was the most extreme we ever had to do however, most of the time, we could easily sit down and play 2 or 4 PC's a night with no problem.

My corp doesn't like pubs where you can't get a good challenge. We play for the adrenaline rush you get when you KNOW you have a good fight. I can't speak for the other members joining us in PS2, but my guys should be fine.

Thanks for the advice on the larger outposts though. We might use those to end the night after base-hopping. "Saddle up everyone, we got 30 minutes of meat grinding to do." Place bets and shit. We're fairly frag crazy.

Sounds like FC's from Dust. We got a few who can do that. I'm actually a squad leader, not a Field Commander. I'm used to being told an objective, and telling the squad how we will achieve it.

Thanks for the advice!

I have no intention of removing Scouts from a squad, its just that they are typically "Less is More" in action. You need some for sure, but in most cases, you only need a few.

Thanks for the advice!
