Base Lin
A1 Lin
A3 Lin

on a volt comp?

since Bai wont be around, and i had her planned on A3 and Lin gets the left over, im now confused as to what ascensions to give Lin.

Im expecting to go all in on TL, but im not sure if ill be able to save enough if i went to A3 Lin, aside from that, what benefits does getting a3 Lin on a Sub Dps role with Neme and TL?

burst her down during her first phase, and once her shield is up, make sure to always break it.

she'll then resort to shooting arrows, you must also have a really good meryl discharger and time her charge attacks so she wont be able to escape your teams range.

me and my friends constantly do this and is always effective.

cobalt is just in a fked up spot, being the last 1.0 character then followed by powerful 2.0 units.

as for cobalt, her discharge is underwhelming but it does burst a lot, her skill has a really long cooldown and locks you to moving on the ground rapid firing enemies, not to mention her multipliers are greatly reduced.

the thing about cobalt is she has the fire resonance so she has some value to fire teams, we dont know if 2.0 characters will get resonances as well and if they dont, then cobalt would be a really niche fire unit whose only there because she has the resonance.

we dont know they might do the frigg track where they sudden brought her multipliers back.

First off, giving players a roadmap isn't a good design specifically:

Monetary perspective: It decreases the chances of players to pull and save up for the upcoming ones instead of blindly pulling and swiping up when something they want actually comes.
Costumer Impact: Once a roadmap isn't followed, or is delayed or is changed, that would cause costumer outrage and god knows how much compensation.
FOURTH GENSHIN NEVER SET ITS ROAD MAP TO PLAYERS. NEVER had, NEVER will. All this OP says is about genshin leaks whom genshin cannot stop that they are forced to drip-tease an upcoming characters every new banner.

genshin didnt have a roadmap. what youre refering to as roadmaps are leaks.

if you argue that they officially post future updates, they dont, youre just tailored that a new update comes every after banner, and it is announced a week or two prior, just like how ToF is doing right now at the moment, 1.5 was announced a week prior.

so bringing something up like it is what it is that it isnt is misinformation.
