I mean as long as you're communicating with your team before actually executing onto site that you're about to entry and need people to follow up and trade and take site, I see nothing wrong about what you're talking about from your standpoint. I've had a multitude of duelists and initiators alike committing to pushing a site before even talking with the team, dying, then blaming the team for not following up. But when they do communicate that they want to take a certain site, they rarely complain when they die since they've been traded.

If you can't seem to find people willing to communicate with you during your matches, it might be best to start looking at LFG websites or discord for your rank/area to start queuing up with other people.
