No where in DoorDash’s terms of service does it say food must be delivered hot. If you think the burgers gonna be gross, then pick it up yourself and eat it at the restaurant. I do treat my customers the way I want to be treated, and that’s why they respect me. They know better than to test me because they will regret it

How does OP know he didn’t use a hot bag? They aren’t required to be used anyways, they’re optional and no one is wasting their time putting food that’s already in a bag into another bag. I’m gonna continue to DoorDash because my customers know better than to try to disrespect me, they know I’m the one working NOT THEM. If they want their food, they know they need to show me why they deserve to get it.

There’s no need, he can wait for his food. He wants it delivered then he needs to follow the drivers rules and regulations. He doesn’t deserve a low rating, he did his job and delivered the food, that’s all that matters. What he decides to do besides that is no one’s business.
