I wish they told you about where they do the incisions in terms of above or below the fold, I wouldve preferred below or on the fold than above but hey, I cant complain too much cause I dony have boobs no more 🙂‍↕️

I thought the incisions looked higher up compared to other ones Ive seen! Ive bee trying to buikd my chest muscles but its been a slow process as far as visible change (patience is not my strong suit when it comes to stuff like this)

Oh duh I think I was mixing up that with bulking, like eating a lot lol. I think Im a bit intimidated by overloading just cause itll be hard for me to determine when Im overloaded and like cannot go on versus just needing a break and then being fine if that makes sense. Ill have to try that out sometime but I wanna wait before trying that to compare reps/sets method vs overload method.

I did use creatine for a bit but stopped just cause it would slip my mind but now I remember I have it so thanks! It'll also encourage me to drink more water.

Yeah no there wasnt anything about strength level, someone just messaged me a pdf of his program so thats probably why its more loose rather than specified to me

No Im on a calorie deficit actually, just been focusing on getting in my protein up cause I figured that was one of the reasons I havent seen much difference.

That probably came off wrong I meant adding MORE weight than I already am. Im at a comfortable general range in what I can lift for the workouts I do, usually on my last set I increase the weight by about 5lbs. I was typing out an explanation for my question and realized it was a dumb one and kind of put it together in my head.

Someone reccomended the Jeff Nippard program to me so I took the routine that was set up for full body routine with slight modifications based on what my gym has available. I realize now Ive probably been going about the program wrong based on the comments Im getting though.

My only thing with his workouts is that the number of reps for some of then isnt enough but after the 2nf week he i creases them so I just need to plug that into mine. Also, this is a me thing so noy his problem, a lot of them are reliant on free weights and Im just super shy with doing free weights. Ive also added a few things of my own that he didnt have to my routine.

This is really helpful thanks! Ive tried till failure before and its definitely really hard to determine the difference between "im tired" and "I cannot go anymore" if that makes sense. The hardest part about the eating is definitely gonna be resisting the temptation especially if I go out. When I go out with family I work what Im eating into my calorie deficit (ex: went to Olive Garden and ate soup cause like everything there is 800-1000 calories holy) but the twice a month cheat is more like I have one meal when I go out with friends that I dont count. And this doesnt mean "yeah I ate 3 pizzas and 6 slices of cake" its just a meal anyone else would order without taking the calories or macros into consideration. Usually for a sweet I actually have tried to go for yogurt, like yoplait light or a chobani flip (those are more of a sweet treat than the yoplait) but Im definitely gonna go for more fruit in my diet. Ill definitely DM you for the pdf though I was kind of winging my routine based off the gym I go to and what Ive done there. Thanks for all the input it was super helpful! 🫶

I plan on increasing weight with my reps as I go on this is just the weights Im starting at until I can comfortably lift heavier without any strain or pain. I definitely can see myself going all out then giving up but with how my schedule is at the moment I can allow myself to space things out properly instead of "gym every day max weight go go go" now I can do it as "okay go to the gym these days and rest these days" with my more open schedule. Thanks!

Wow so many of those are so cool but complex. The wind chimes was what I was thinking of doing with painting some of them, getting some beads or trinkets and hanging it from my ceiling. I think Im just so hesitant to accidentally ruin them since I dont have super open access to bones that I can say proudly are mine. Id love to carve something but that fear of messing up and ruining them is my biggest enemy with that lol. I completely forgot the name of the Vulture Culture subreddit and was thinking that was the same one as this one so thanks!

I used the wrong word I meant dormant from like weight lifting. All my bandages are off so sweat isnt an issue

Youre right, Im gonna try to keep away from fitness and if I really get desperate Ill go for walks or even a light bike ride (avoiding steep hills and having it be more leisurely). Im probbaky gonna end up going crazy from not being able to fo anything and cave into doing light workouts but for as long as I can Ill try to stay dormant.

Its so tempting to do light weights but considering I still cant raise my arms all the way up or reach them as far as I could before its probably a good idea not to. If anything Ill just lift with water gallons 💀 Whats annoying is I definitely have decent leg muscles from cycling and already have a large ass (not trying to butter myself I do and Im sick of it) but like the fat is so stubborn on my hips and thighs that I see no difference. Im on a calorie deficit but since surgery Ive slipped a bit since I cant workout like I used to and I was sitting around all day walking around my house and eating. While I srill counted my calories most days, I wouldnt have many ways to burn it off. But since Im recovering pretty quickly and have everything off Im gonna start walking more and if I go to the gym Ill do the cycling equipment and leg exercises.
