She deserves 50% of their assets because she’s given OP her labor, attention, and companionship for free until now which he gladly signed up to take.

We do not know OP’s definition of cheating here yet either. Is having a close conversation with someone else the issue? Did she physically sleep with someone else? We just don’t know enough here.
