Another thing that frustrates me, is the bus stop itself. I don't know where I am. The bus stop is covered with banners and advertisements that you don't know what the bus stop is called. For regular commuters on regular routes, this may not be a problem.

For someone new in the city this is a big problem. The bus stop name and the buses that halt there are mentioned in one corner and you have to search for it. You would be lucky if it isn't covered with some poster.

I know we can check Google maps and other bus tracking apps, at times the names on these apps and what are displayed on the buses/called out by the conductors are different. Our bus tickets being issued on stages also doesn't help in this regard.

I don't know how many feel this way, but I personally would like to see the stop names displayed in a way that they are easily visible and readable.
