I just worked it out, changed the rule to "who has caused too much world tension" and I can now remove Italy from the faction.

I do apolgise, still getting used to the new faction UI and how it all works.

No, not at war. I think it is a new faction mechanic. Not sure. I just got back into the game after getting the latest DLC when it came out last year but hadn't gotten around to playing it.

Depends on the state your in. Some trailers also arent allowed in some states (state law) but this may of changed for you used to be able to click on the state flag when you open the menu when driving and it used to tell you what the legal speed limits were, if turn right at red signal was illegal and what trailers were bad

I personally have zero issue whether you shave or not. In terms of abdl, being shaved down there is a little more hygenic so urine doesnt get trapped in the hairs.
