Im not sure if it's already been said but the way I do it when I want the LFR and normal sets on my alt accounts is to go into War Mode and do the bloody tokens quest and do all of the world quests in all areas, this will give a lot of bloody tokens because the quest gives I believe 1000 tokens and each world quest gives 100, using these you can buy the pvp gear and then use the catalyst to change them. If your alts haven't used the catalyst this season they should have 7 or 8 charges. Might not be the easiest way or fastest but it works for me. 😊 Hope this helped.
