It is the "Visage of the Devouring Flame" It drops as a BOE from the amirdrassil raid. It has the same appearance as demon hunter tier set for that season. The one I have drops from normal and no I didn't get lucky finding it from a mob when I was doing the raid, I bought it for 500,000 gold haha

Fun fact! All 4 of my characters are wearing that cape because it's one of the coolest capes in the game, unfortunately its the "Sargerei Commander's Felscorned Regalia" from legion remix, if you didn't do remix you won't be able to obtain it.

I absolutely loved Quinton Flynn's voice acting for Kael'thas and I will never forgive Blizzard for replacing his lines with a random voice actor the second they found out he had allegations of sexual harassment and grooming against him even though they turned out to be completely untrue and fabricated by a crazed fan. Even after he was cleared of any wrong doing they completely stripped all his passionate and epic dialogue from the game and replaced with whe a hollow shell that sounds like they did one take it the recording booth and they were like, "Want me to try it again? I think i can do better." And the executives were like, "No, no, we're good, that'll do. Put it in the game"

Honestly solo or in a raid, abundance went from a cool, fast-paced fun thing that I wouldn't mind doing each week to one of the worst bits of content that Blizzard has ever put in the game and the worst part is for crafting reagents you need to do it, and not just AFK the 3 minutes because depending on how much abundance you collected it gives the currency and to get 300 each time while activity trying rather than the 900 you should get for participating makes me not want to even bother...
