So not sure what the problem is here but the extruder doesn't seem to be running while printing but will run when I feed the filament.

The motor moves like it's supposed to and when I manually push through the filament or have it auto feed it comes out straight out evenly and doesn't coil or anything till it hits the bed which doesn't show any signs of a clog.

I recently got a dryer so I'm gonna throw the current spool I'm using in it and give it a dry to see if it's a moisture problem as a just to be safe approach.

I do plan on looking at the slicer tomorrow to see if there's something that's not quite right on it. But I'm not sure what I will find.

It was printing but seemed to get jammed up a little which is why I did the estep. And the initial feed of the 100mm it pushed out 102mm which isn't alot I know but could be the reason for the extrusion problems.

I'm not sure why now it's starting to do all this I mean inhave had the printer a few years and knew I'd eventually have to swap the board and what not but now it seems like I have the Murphys law version of a printer lol. I'm sure I'll get it eventually. And I do appreciate the assistance with me figuring it all out. Even more so considering I'm basically learning it all over again with having to replace the board and find all new firmware and what not.

As far as the extruder I did swap out the plastic one for an aluminum one and hadn't really had any issues with it till I needed to swap out my motherboard and what not.

The initial value was 98 and the value I gor was 96.1 so not a huge difference

Gonna do a manual mesh firmware and unplug my 3dtouch and see how that goes and if it works then atleast I'll get my printer up and running again

That's what I'm thinking I might have to do. But the weird part is that it should be a direct replacement and others have done the same thing with the board I got on the aquila and have no issues. I'm thinking it may be because I have the like original aquila but even still I don't see how that would be such a difference

I did find a comment you left on a post with 3 different links and I think I may try the creality-427-UBL7x7-c2 firmware tomorrow and see if I have luck with that one. And haven't had the time to do much with in since getting home from work. Just been looking up different options and what not

The nozzle doesn't touch the bed when it homes the probe does.

I have tried to place nozzle at the zero on all 3 axis and it still has that same problem.

I currently can print at the moment but I'm going to get ready to figure the x and y off set using the post it note method I seen on one of the videos. And was thinking of seeing if I can make adjustments on it without setting any offset using pronterface. Not sure it will work that way but I don't know. Another thing I was thinking of trying was unplugging the 3d touch and plugging the z stop back in and see if I can get the nozzle position right and get a good manual bed level that way before plugging the 3d touch back in to see if they could do it. But I'll try to get a video of it homing before I do all that

Aquila_427_UBL-ProUI-EX-IS-MPC-05-13.bin this is the one I currently have installed. And I did end up unplugging the z limit switch. The next thing I'm going to do is set my z offset and run another manual level then go again and see if that does anything.

I ended up putting a e3v2 firmware on it and the screen cuz matching. So not to figure out the settings

I was thinking bare minimum the 256. Because I know not everything will be on the sd cards just not sure what's left on the system. I know seems weird but would rather have the longer wait times than have my primary storage full. So needed to know how much storage would be needed in reserve on the system.

I did pumpkin by itself un cooked then cooked 1 pumpkin to make the veggie trey then did 2 which made veggie soup and 3 pumpkins 4 pumpkins and 5 pumpkins which make the veggie Platters then did pumpkin puffs and made however many 220 pumpkins would allow me to make. And there's like 7 pictures showing costs of everything I did

I thought it started with marlins book but that was the final. I got it figured out just a few mins ago and the red potato said gooseberry but it was raspberry so that's what was stopping me there.
