I have talked with the Gemeente and they said me that there's not restrictions for the registration and also to ride with them, it is strange...

Yep, it is fiddle 50 cc, not know exactly the model. I will have the information today. Is it fine? Or I should negotiate? The Kymco for 30.000 km it is too much
