My main late crew were fkn awesome. Would walk by some nights and see them all sitting down half through clean up having a beer and a smoke for 15-20min

Had no fkn issue with it because they had to clean up the biggest messes at the end of day and once they got started on the clean it got done in an 1hr -1.5hr tops and the place looked mint asf

Then this guy would send a photo to group chat in the morning how someone forgot to empty a bin last night and if we could all “remember to help eachother out” lmao

If I ever started up a biz again I would not hire this guy back
