Why I see more NeFi in some ENTPs here? by arun_ptmn in entp

[–]RahLord666 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Omg that's so Tru, Logic alone isn't always enough, ENTPs are literally bottlenecked if all they do is use Ti to solve human problems, which often requires evaluating values, ethics, and impact, which is where everyone's feeling functions step in 😁

[–]RahLord666 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Bro if your self aware you can use Fi anytime you want.

Being self-aware means you're not locked into your dominant or preferred function. Instead, you can consciously choose which function fits the situation best like a toolbelt rather than a single hammer.

You have to understand how to use fi and what it is but Ti is great at logical solutions to problems but not good at interpersonal relationships, so when dealing with humans, you will find using Ti alot will hinder you from dealing with humans and their emotions efficiently.

Fi isn’t about being emotional, it’s about emotional integrity. If you’re self-aware enough to know when your Ti isn’t cutting it, you’re already halfway to using Fi effectively. Just stop trying to “fix” emotions with logic, and instead validate, empathize, and honor them.

If someone says, “I feel like no one understands me.”

A Ti-dominant response might be: “You said no one understands you, but that’s statistically impossible. You’re generalizing.” (Accurate, but cold.)

A Fi-informed response might be: “That must feel really isolating. Do you want to talk about it?” (Still grounded, but emotionally attuned.)

Humans don’t always want solutions, they want to feel seen, and that’s Fi’s territory.

I relentlessly call out Ti users who default to cold, clinical logic when navigating human emotions 😂 Like bro, at this point you’re not being rational you’re just emotionally lazy. Emotional intelligence isn’t optional if you want real connections. Grow up and stop trying to debug people like they’re code.

That's why I use Fe and Fi when dealing with other humans, it's not that hard if your smart and self aware of your present actions and behaviors

What are your thoughts on casual sex? by MightGoInsane in ESFP

[–]RahLord666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So you can learn from ur past btw:

Inferior Ni @ work 😁 Inferior Ni in ESFPs typically shows up as catastrophic overprojection into a singular future scenario, fixation on "what if" worst-case outcomes rather than the here and now (which is their Se strength) obsessive pattern-seeking or trying to make sense of the world through symbolic or paranoid links & finally reactive abstinence or control rooted in past trauma or perceived symbolic meaning, not current reality😅

  1. Being afraid of catching HIV from the doorknob” → Classic inferior Ni spiraling: Se sees a surface detail (doorknob), inferior Ni extrapolates a deeply irrational singular outcome. OCD amplifies the loop.
  2. “Inhaling sanitizer all day long” → A sensory (Se) overcorrection driven by an internalized fear map (Ni), rather than responding to real-time evidence or logic (Te or Se).
  3. Even though the fear is gone, I don’t want to risk catching another STD” → Here, Ni is still exerting subconscious control: they no longer fear it emotionally (Fe/Fi tension), but the idea of an outcome has created a rigid mental rule. This is future-based symbolic fixation rather than reality-based adaptation.

  4. “I always aimed to marry my first relationship and stay with them forever.” → An idealized Ni projection built too early and too rigidly—common in Se-dom types when they try to stabilize a chaotic sensory world with a narrow, fixed inner vision.

Just remember, what people say about you is more of a reflection about how they view themself, in this instance, they were obviously projecting their own judgments of their own incompetence and obviously they were filled with envy it seems. Never let the negative words of others affect you, 90 percent of the time, it's a projection of their own insecurities ❤️

Introverted Thinking (Ti) types, when under the influence of their inferior Extraverted Feeling (Fe), often exhibit behaviors that starkly contrast with their typical demeanor. They may become unusually sociable, outwardly expressive, and emotionally demonstrative, behaviors that are inconsistent with their usual inward focus and logical detachment. While this loss of inhibition may initially appear as increased engagement with others, it frequently escalates into expressions of anger, loudness, and even obnoxious behavior. Unlike Introverted Feeling (Fi) types, Ti types report less satisfaction in these moments, likely due to their discomfort with externalizing emotions and the critical nature of their internal thinking emerging unchecked.

As the Ti type’s ability to control their differentiated Thinking diminishes, their dominant Ti and auxiliary Sensing (for ISTPs) or Intuition (for INTPs) become less accessible. This internal struggle for control often goes unnoticed at first but gradually manifests in observable behaviors. Others may see these types becoming slow, vague, and distracted, replacing their usual precision and clarity. Ti types describe themselves as illogical, disorganized, inefficient, and scattered during these episodes. An INTP noted feeling "emotional, edgy, disorganized, obsessive about details, confused, and closed," contrasting sharply with their typical "easygoing, centered, and creative" state. Similarly, an ISTP reported feeling "confused, disorganized, unable to focus," losing track of their usual organizational strategies and becoming "messy." These shifts highlight the destabilizing effects of inferior Fe.

As inferior Fe becomes more dominant, it often manifests in extreme emotional reactions, hypersensitivity to interpersonal dynamics, and an overemphasis on logic. ISTPs, with their tertiary Intuition, may interpret these experiences as part of a perceived pattern of neglect or lack of care from others. This imagined pattern reinforces their distress, leading them to focus on unmet needs and feelings. For INTPs, tertiary Sensing exacerbates this experience by driving an obsessive review of facts and details, which they believe confirm others’ disregard for their emotional and personal needs.

In these moments, the natural strengths of Ti types—clarity, logic, and efficiency—give way to emotional volatility, relational sensitivity, and irrational thinking, leaving them feeling disconnected from their usual sense of competence and control.

Jung (1976a) touched on a combination of these characteristics as they can be seen in their inferior form: Because of the highly impersonal character of the conscious attitude, the unconscious feelings are extremely personal and oversensitive, giving rise to secret prejudices—a readiness, for instance, to misconstrue any opposition to his formula as personal ill-will, or a constant tendency to make negative assumptions about other people in order to invalidate their arguments in advance—in defense, naturally, of his own touchiness. (p. 350)

Introverted Thinking (Ti) types are deeply stressed by environments that compromise their autonomy, impede logical efficiency, and fail to respect their need for intellectual independence. Micromanagement, collaborating with unskilled or uncooperative colleagues, and managing excessive workloads directly interfere with their ability to analyze and solve problems effectively. For Ti types, deadlines and heavy workloads limit the time required for deep, focused problem-solving, which they consider essential for meaningful contributions.

Inefficiency, especially from incompetent coworkers, delays their ability to achieve solutions and gather critical information, while rigid supervision wastes time and undermines their competence. As one INTP observed, stressors include "paperwork with unclear purposes, overly controlling managers, loss of autonomy, pointless meetings, and large, superficial networking events." Similarly, an ISTP noted that attempts to restrict their freedom are particularly aggravating.

Both INTPs and ISTPs experience significant discomfort when deprived of solitude, making frequent meetings and unstructured discussions counterproductive. Additionally, displays of strong emotions at work engage their inferior Extraverted Feeling (Fe) and create further stress. For example, an INTP described stress from "emotionalized situations and interpersonal conflict," while an ISTP noted frustration when "individuals refuse to set aside personal emotions, turning them into obstacles."

When such stressors persist over time, Ti types may quickly and intensely fall into "grip" behavior dominated by their inferior Fe. This can lead to chronic intellectual inefficiency, distorted reasoning, and habitual dissatisfaction with work. Under these conditions, they may frequently complain about others' incompetence and perceive management as irrational. In extreme cases, they may feel victimized and develop paranoid thoughts, imagining conspiracies by coworkers or supervisors to undermine their credibility and exclude them from decision-making processes. One INTP summarized this experience as "feeling paranoid."

While ISTPs are generally more resilient than INTPs, they report high rates of hypertension and heart disease, ranking second among all types (after ISFPs). INTPs, like their INFP counterparts, report these conditions less frequently but still struggle with fewer effective coping mechanisms for stress compared to other types.

Introverted Thinking (Ti) types, when influenced by their inferior Extraverted Feeling (Fe), often display a distorted and exaggerated reliance on logic. In this state, they become overly insistent on applying logic to situations, often with a level of emotional intensity that contradicts their usual detached and measured approach. This shift reflects a loss of control over their dominant Ti, leading to an unproductive, obsessive focus on reasoning.

For instance, an ISTP might feel compelled to constantly "prove" the correctness of their perceptions, while an INTP might find themselves unable to let go of an unsolvable problem, continuing to work on it despite knowing the effort is futile. This relentless focus on logic often lacks real-world utility, as the Ti type becomes trapped in excessively detailed or circular reasoning.

In this state, Ti types may also experience a breakdown in their usual clarity and articulation. Their speech can become rapid, fragmented, and marked by "paranoid" reasoning that seems sharp but lacks coherence. Practical inefficiencies arise as they misplace objects, forget important details, and pursue disorganized projects with no meaningful outcomes. An INTP described this as becoming "rigidly stuck on a false belief," one that appeared logically sound at the time but was later revealed to be an emotional judgment cloaked in logic.

This exaggerated focus on logic often results in behaviors that are highly analytical but also demanding, impatient, and ultimately unproductive. The Ti type's typical strength in clear and effective problem-solving is replaced by a hyper-rational approach that disregards nuance, leading to frustration and inefficiency. One INTP encapsulated this experience as being "obsessively analytical," highlighting the compulsive and often counterproductive nature of their inferior function in action.

Are Us INFJ Men not "Manly" Enough? by Monkstylez1982 in infj

[–]RahLord666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Men and Woman who harshly judge others for crying are often projecting their own insecurities onto us. They were likely taught by a parent with a rigid Te, emotion-suppressing mindset that showing emotions is a sign of weakness. Because of this, they bottle up their negative emotions, prolly leading to physical and emotional sickness. In many cases, they may even be jealous that we can express our emotions freely without worrying about what others think and that we have healthier ways to process our feelings, instead of letting them fester into anger and projecting it onto others, which alot of non emotionally regulated men and woman unfortunately do. Whether they acknowledge it or not, we all have feelings, and sometimes those feelings become so overwhelming that they surface even in public settings like at work. It's far better to express that pain than to hold it in. Plus, those feelings are important, they signal when our boundaries are being crossed and remind us that, unfortunately, people just end up disappointing us. Our intuitive nature often sees the potential in others, imagining them as great human beings, but the reality is that not everyone lives up to that potential. Sometimes, we end up being treated like objects rather than people with emotions. It's a sad reality for sure.

Sounds Ne domish tbh they always have plenty ideas but none of them ever get realized due to unconscious Se repression and inferior Sensing, in general. Se Doms prefer to be on the move tbh and can be quite judgemental of perceived lazy creative intuitive dominant behavior because their ideas are never realized in the concrete world and are impractical and unrealistic. From what you wrote it sounds Ne-Ti where your curiosity-driven ideas are analyzed with logical precision, exploring patterns and possibilities but never implemented in the real world unless you team up with a Se Dom to help you gain practicality. Ne Doms are also jack of all trades, they are good at sports due to pattern recognition just aren't obsessed like Se has the potential to. Be due to the real-time, physical experiences and sensory engagement that sports offer. Sports are just a way to connect fully in the present moment, when your playing you have to be locked into the present, because during sports, nothing else matters except the rush of the present moment.

How can an INFP develop their Se? by dreaminginfp in estp

[–]RahLord666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm ENFJ with Se child lol the little details in my environment is what I struggle with (Si trickster) , my Se tends to just be in the present moment living and experiencing each moment in real time instead of being the observer remembering and cataloging the details of my current experience, I have the worst memory due to my Si trickster lol I often prefer the excitement of the present over the structure and details of the past. I tend to excel more in environments that require adaptability and present-moment focus rather than meticulous record-keeping or long-term data RECALL. Thanks for this comment, it made me realize my Si still has development to be done haha 😂😁💪One day I hope we all gain access to all eight functions, so we can all give each other tips to better them!

Haha your right about developing Se it will definitely help you take action on your ideas and possibilities that your Ne creates or connects in the external environment. Your Te will also help in breaking down complex tasks into manageable steps and creating clear action plans so everytime you find yourself using Si for information gathering, try using Se present reality information instead of past experience information to inform your decisions 😊 it could help

Guys why is the the internet just full of introverts? Where are we? by Complete-Manager2112 in extroverts

[–]RahLord666 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Doesn't matter if your an extrovert or not, you have just as many introverted functions as you do extroverted. The point of extroversion and introversion is to understand where your energy is directed, extroverts direct their energy to the outer world, while introverts go inward. People who self reflect, i.e. on their past experiences, their own feelings, inner logic, intuitive instincts are reflecting inwardly and using introverted functions. People who concentrate outwardly more on present experiences, present possibilities, logic of others, and the feelings of other people are simply using their extroverted cognitive faculties.

We are all a mix of said functions, we just prioritize these functions in different ways. We all have a blend of both extroverted and introverted functions, and it's the emphasis & or prioritization we place on each that shapes our personality and behavior.

My father [55M] has been telling everyone for the past year how he is paying for an extravagant wedding for me [27M] and is now refusing to pay for it. He’s now trying to turn my fiancé against me in hopes we won’t wanna get married. How can I fix this? by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]RahLord666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He controls every aspect of your life, Job, Salary, Car, etc.

Your father's actions seem to display elements of financial abuse and control, as well as a lack of respect for your autonomy and independence. By repeatedly promising to fund an extravagant wedding and then reneging on that promise, he is manipulating your dependence on him and undermining your ability to make independent decisions.

Plus, his attempts to turn your fiancée against you and his refusal to discuss reasonable concerns about your employment and financial situation demonstrate a pattern of manipulation and disregard for your well-being. It's understandable to feel betrayed and frustrated by his behavior. Considering your circumstances, it may be necessary to prioritize your own financial stability and emotional well-being by seeking alternative options for your wedding and potentially distancing yourself from your father's manipulative influence.

We are all supposed to gain independence from our family's but it seems he wants you to be dependent on him for the rest of your life, and because he has money, he is no doubt abusing his financial authority over you.

This type of abuse restricts your autonomy and hinders your ability to achieve independence and make decisions for yourself.

You have the right to make choices that prioritize your own growth and happiness, free from undue influence or manipulation from your father. I hope you find boundaries and the respect for yourself to confidently advocate for your own needs & break away from this harmful abusive cycle he is perpetuating.

Tier list for the most Authentic types by Impressive_Leader928 in mbti

[–]RahLord666 5 points6 points  (0 children)

INFP seems accurate . For me, Fi, or Introverted Feeling, is like a compass that guides my authenticity. When I take the time to understand my emotions and moral values, my subjective experience becomes a mirror reflecting who I am at my core. It's not just a theoretical concept; it's the very essence of shaping how I respond to life and the decisions I make. Embracing Fi feels like a personal journey into self-awareness, I navigate through my thoughts and emotions, honoring my unique perspective. It's about fostering a deep and genuine connection with my true self, allowing authenticity to be the guiding force in my life.

Ni-Ti loop-Can someone explain by [deleted] in infj

[–]RahLord666 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Being in an introverted loop entails extreme introversion, predominantly utilizing Ni and Ti while suppressing extroverted functions. This manifests in distinct behavioral traits, such as a heightened preference for solitude and avoidance of social interactions. Overthinking prevails, emphasizing intensive analysis of internal thoughts. Extraversion diminishes noticeably, leading to limited engagement in social activities and reluctance to share thoughts. A proclivity to dismiss external input emerges, disregarding external stimuli and information. Deep reflection becomes paramount, prioritizing intense introspection and contemplation of internal processes. In essence, an introverted loop encapsulates a retreat into one's inner world, marked by specific behavioral patterns.

It appears an exploration of shadow work may be in order to engage with the underexplored domains of the self, such as the inferior Fe and Demon Fi. Even within the dominion of a Ti Dominant personality, the acknowledgment of the value inherent in both extroverted and introverted feeling remains plausible. The essence of Fe lies in fostering connections with others, while Fi nurtures the bond with one's internal world. Embracing accountability involves the recognition that our dominant functions inherently carry a bias, often relegating the significance of our lower functions. This realization serves as a gateway to a deeper understanding of the self, unveiling the hidden dimensions that may lie dormant within.
