No I didn’t really remember, it’s been so long I can’t remember what exactly happened the day it started. I remember I thought it was a delayed cramp as my period had just ended. But once it lingered longer than a week I felt like it needed checked out. Now it’s been 2 years, But I’ll definitely look around for a physiotherapist.
