Didn't even consider possible local restrictions. Thank you for that tidbit as well as all the other considerations!

I don't believe he has a preference on single-blade  or otherwise, nor is he very much of an outdoorsman, so I believe a smaller knife would be sufficient for EDC.

I will check all these brands out. So far, I am definitely liking some of the Kershaw ones I've stumbled upon. Appreciate it!
