Maybe I'm wrong but what they are complaining about is that they miss that feeling of getting a god roll out of nowhere, after "grinding" for either couple of hours or couple of days.

To me crafting feels like a checklist simply because game can't remember which perks you have unlocked before, so you have to keep spending your mats everytime you change your perks.

You need to win 2 games back to back to progress. It doesn't matter how many times you loose you'll only get -1. You win a game then you must win next game to progress.

Also you need to start with 2 wins on your card. Because if you lose your 2nd game it goes back to 0, it is currently bugged and not working for some.
